4.3 aoewin1 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You should never share your login credentials with any third party, including aoewin1 customer support staff, who will never ask for your password.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aoewin1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
5.2 Own Funds Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. aoewin1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the aoewin1 cashier page and are subject to change. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with aoewin1's standard processing times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. aoewin1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.1 aoewin1 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. aoewin1 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
6.4 aoewin1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the aoewin1 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 aoewin1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random and fair. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction, aoewin1 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system error, malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, aoewin1 reserves the right to void the affected game round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform.

13.1 aoewin1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where aoewin1 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, aoewin1 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.3 You may close your aoewin1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be returned to you.
